Basics-
Name: Ginko
Gender: Male
Species:Human
Appearance-
Eye Color: Green (he only has one)
Hair Color: Silver
Height:5'9
Cloths: Modern (2008 XD) Clothes. White collared shirt, khaki pants, boots. He carries a wooden box/backpack in which he carries his charts, scrolls and notes on Mushi as well as various herbal medicines and other things that he sells to make a living.
Other Information-
Background: Ginko's unusual white hair and green eye color is the result of an incident involving a mushi that occurred when he was a child. He is a traveling Mushi-shi who studies Mushi and writes reports about them as well as making medicine and treating people with Mushi related ailments. Right now he is searching for a rare parasitic Mushi named Aichi that causes it's host to become allergic to sunlight and feed on the blood of humans. He went in search of the Midnight Hangman after he heard rumors of the crew's unusual behavior. Ginko is a rare type of person who attracts Mushi. This inspires his peripatetic lifestyle. Him staying in one place too long will gather a potentially dangerous amount of Mushi. He also smokes a special type of cigarette constantly in order to keep Mushi away.
Personality: Ginko is rather laid back, but can be very serious when it comes to protecting people from mushi. He also often stresses that the mushi are not evil, but merely trying to survive like everyone else.
*Most people can't see Mushi except for a rare few who often end up becoming Mushi-shi
**Hangman characters who can see Mushi:
Ginko
Randomman
Norrington
Capri
*** If you really want to know that bad; Mushi:
There's no effective way to describe the mushi - They simply are. They simply have been since life first began. As with many other things, man has forgotten how to see. And just as it's difficult to describe the feel or texture of an object to someone who's never held it in his own hands, to one who's never seen the mushi...
Between this world and the next, there is a point where it becomes impossible to distinguish between plant and animal, between life and death. It is a place man was never meant to tread... This is where you will find the mushi. Neither good nor evil, they are life in its purest form. An unseen river reshaping the path of man, through their very presence we are changed.
Vulgar and strange, they have inspired fear in humans since the dawn of time and have, over the ages, come to be known as "mushi."
